They tell you that they don't deal with tire warranties flat out, because they want you to just cough up and pay for a new tire. Look up the Run Flat issues we've written about on bimmerpost.
Also if you weren't aware yet, there is a road hazard warranty FREE for one year from the tire manufacturer.
