Probably. The car might wait ~a week for a shipment allocation at Charleston followed by 2-3 weeks on the boat to Southampton. Then you've a ~week whilst they turn the car around at Thorne. Then the dealer has it for a few days.
Mine was 6 weeks build-to-delivery.
