@Lotus7... Sorry sir.. I respect your advice... I don't know anything about the machine, I admit that... but I am really traumatized by this whole experience.... If this is simple to you... not for me....It caused us a lot of trouble over the weekend... And I don't know if BMW can repay the stress that has given us... I know I may be overreacting, but I just think that my case must be investigated...I believe that my case is not common, and hope it will never happen to anybody... not in a BMW CAR.. or BMW service... I will never trust that dealership anymore...
