LEDZEP, thank you for the photos and comments on your X3 and X5. Your contributions helped me decide which X3 to purchase. Im going with the 2012 X3 35i M Sport in alpine white, sand beige leather with fine line siena wood trim. I had considered buying the 20in M wheels, but agree with you they do not go well with the alpine white X3. We're excited. I also have a 2012 titanium silver X5 so Ill post some pictures of them together once the X3 arrives.
