The only way to remove the sluggish understeer is to change out the sway bars, which nobody makes them for the F25. The OEM 20.5mm old sport rear bar MIGHT fit a modern F25, but nobody has confirmed. A 2mm upgrade rear bar will not remove all of the understeer, but it would be a noticeable improvement over the 18mm unit.
Changing out shocks, springs does not remove understeer.
