Hmmm.....got me thinking now - maybe it's time to pull my underbelly covers and give some serious thought to creating strategically placed 'trap doors' (like the one covering pan drain plug) to make it quick/simple to inspect undercarriage.
Yeah, your car is pretty young to be having minor 'seepage' issues.
