In Finnish car magazines and winter tyre tests usually these three are the best:
Nokian
Continental (ex. Gislaved)
Michelin
So I guess if you take any of those as snow tyres, they are at least good.
Of course I would recommend Nokian tyres which are usually the winners (and Finnish) but choosing Michelin or Continental is not bad idea either.
