Any luck getting these covered/reimbursed? I too have an 04/09 335i... shelled out for the repairs a couple years ago but this continues to aggravate me, since it appears all but a few months of e92’s with the N54 are covered under this. Old thread, but as mentioned it’s not a cheap repair.
