Recent TSB for the throttle lag acknowledges "faulty DME calibration" and suggests a software update. I had the reprogram done and it seems to have improved the lag significantly.
There was also a TSB for brief rough idle when cold, which I was also experiencing. Same software reprogramming for DME was recommended. Seems to have helped with my cold rough idle as well.
