[Smithy2014]

I have downloaded the bmw remote apps onto my iphone but am asked for login details. I have connected drive setup in the car (presumably done by dealer before i collected the car) but do i need to register or does a username / password already exist (and if so how do i retrieve it?) I'm not tech savvy so need some help!
