Exactly the same for me.
It's the black trim between the two sunroof that makes this noise. At my dealer they told me they have seen it often and they repair it by putting a foam in the black trim and it's 3 hrs work to remove, put the foam and reinstall the trim.
I have not yet made an appointment for that but in the meantime I stopped the noise by folding 2 clothes and placing them in the black trim.
It's in French but there are pictures that show how to set it yourself if you have pieces of foam. It is very easy, no tools required.
