Thank you very much for posting this. I too could not get the 18mm bolt out. I tried for two hours. Then went to the internet for a solution and found it here. A slim ratchet really helps for getting in the tight spaces. If you want to remove the 18mm bolt a slim 18mm wrench $9 Husky Home Depot works best with an extension (but did not work for me.)
