We just picked up our new X3 a couple weeks ago in Alberta.
Here were the prices they gave us for extended warranty:
5yr/200,000 $2399
6yr/160,000 $3699
6yr/200,000 $3999
7yr/160,000 $5099
7yr/200,000 $5399
