You should also consider a set of front/rear spacers. My wife's X3MS came with 19's which roll on 245/45/19. With spacers, it gives the vehicle a nicer, more aggressive stance. With you being in BC, you'll still be able to run snow chains should you need them in the winter.

Also, there is a fair amount of coding you can do to the X3. I coded ours and it's much more enjoyable.
