Campaign No: 11V341000 NHTSA should help you at the dealership, because I have had some bad experience with BMW UK this week
The technical Dept was not going to allow the dealership to order the full rack, they wanted just the control module ordered, this can NOT be ordered here.
The full rack is whats needed.
After much tooing and frowing I got hold of Mrs Mira Grey ( customer services Senior Manager) and she seems to be on the ball finally.
