. If you have the Xenon's you don't have this control cause Xenon's self adjust to the right angle. Normal headlights don't self adjust and you have to turn the knob to adjust to the right height.
It has nothing to do with auto highbeams as that controller is on the top of the end of the turnsignal lever.
