Impressive figures from the onboard computer I must say. You should be aware that the figures might be skewed by the computer because of the "one size fits all" algorithm that is used to "estimate" the figures, that might need correcting.
See my previous post about getting accurate figures with fuelly.com and the gIzzE post on how to correct the computer.
With regards to using manual vs auto box, the auto box is the best way to get a better consumption. So say BMW.
