Price doesn't seem great. My dealer does a straight $1000 over invoice which isn't as low as other deals I have seen but better than a lot and no haggling needed. At $1000 over invoice plus 6.25% tax it is only $43440 which is still $1429 less than your quote so I'd push for a better price.
