The LC2i has two channels of speaker level inputs. So my plan is to tap off one of the high level speaker signals off of Technic's harness and hook that into channel one on the LC2i. This..should...activate the auto turn on feature of the LC2i. Then on channel two, I was going to remove the Navone LOC, and wire one channel of the subwoofer signal into channel 2 of the LC2i.
This should give me the following:
1. Use channel 1 to auto turn on the unit
2. bass output to an amplifier through channel 2
Technic is saying that there wouldn't be enough power coming out of the amplifier to activate the turn on feature through channel 1, let alone channel 2.
