Quick update on my issue: I complained to my dealership about the X1 winter tire package not being very well suited for X3 and told him to cancel my order. He then contacted me a few moments later and offered me to use these tires temporally. He will order the set that is on back order, and when it comes in, I can come by and he will swap the rims for me.
Anyways, thank you all for your help on this. This forum rocks!
