I have been using BMW * Rated Pirelli P Zero NON Run Flats (19" Staggered) on my X3 xDrive 30d M Sport for nearly 2 years now. Feels less harsh than Run Flats. You need to carry a can of Gunk in the boot just in case you get a puncture.
