Doesn't look bad to me, it looks like the projector may be angled a bit or maybe the projectors were mounted a bit further forward than mine. Good stuff.

Sorry for the late reply, but it looks like you purchased everything at TRS. Last time I went there, they said "hey there was a guy who copied exactly your X3 Quad retrofit and ordered the exact same parts" ... lol
