Its very easy. Just remove the 3 bolts on the top and 2 by Front lower Grill. remove 2 bolts on each side of the fender corners and also the ones holding the Splash shield. Once those are off you can unclip the side by the fender corner to remove the bumper. Here is a Pic of my 04 with the 2010 Front bumper. The 2010 front bumper it totally different fog lights and grill. so you will need everything from the 2010. I like it better since its much nicer and cleaner.
