Picked it up this afternoon. Entire CIC system was replaced (under warrantee, so no charge). Certainly didn't get stuck paying for the loaner car. And since it's 1year old, they changed the oil and replaced the front/rear wipers (and gave it a good wash)...no kidding!
Overall, even though the system failed, very satisfied with the level of service
