I pulled off the stock BMW Goodyear run flats on my 2013 X3 M-Sport and am running non-run flat 245/45R-19 Michelin Primacy MXM4s. Much better than the stock BMW tires in dry, wet and snow. They are a great tire.

Continental Tire's ContiComfortKit or one from BMW (BMWs cost more) for flat repair or just call a flat bed and take it to a shop if you get a flat.
