Short answer, no. Besides the states not having access to the 1 series (shame) that chassis/DME was utilizing the older encryption that would have been a software flash tune. Since we had no access, one was never developed. I don't foresee us going back to it either unfortunately.

Emissions. We currently have a test car with the CA Air Resources Board so a definitive resolution should be forthcoming in the near future. DINANTRONICS was designed to be emissions legal so legality in ALL 50 states is a strong desire. Until then in CA emissions-like states the device is a "racing product only and can not be used on public streets".

Yes. The dealer may need to order a new bracket kit if they have not done so already but it is available now.
