You should be able to fit 19x9.5 ET33 rears fine on a X3. It's not a lowered sedan or coupe so if the offset is too low, it will just stick out past your fenders. Of course you want a flush look where the wheels are tucked right inside your fender. You have a good amount of room for a broad range of widths and offsets.
