The tire insurance covers tires which DON'T need replacement due to wear. If they are deemed too worn then they are not covered. Tires are replace new for old.
Only had one claim rejected and the tire was clearly due for replacement! Used my full allocation in the 3 years easily.
There are clearly too many nails and screws where I live and drive!
