Is the login the email address that you have on file with BMW Assist and the password the passcode that you have with them? I tried it and I still get the Authentication Failed message. I was on the phone with BMW Assist and they said that those are the right entries and if it doesn't work, to call back to change the passcode or have it escalated. Not sure if there is something wrong with my account.
I've had problems sending addresses from GoogleMaps since day 1, too. I have a feeling that my profile is messed up somehow.
