Most people who buy X3 will not care. For the few who do, they can just add DHP.
Seeing how few Americans buy wagons, BMWNA knows their customers don't think like Europeans. Regulations on light trucks also make it much easier to sell/buy trucks than wagons in the U.S. If you really want the ultimate driving machine experience, get the 328iT with 6MT and ZSP while you still can.
