Got the car back from the dealer. They have resprayed the lower part of the tailgate - up to the crease line above the number plate recess. TBH you wouldn't know it has been done, apart from they typical bodyshop smell in the car, which is now starting to weaken, and a hint of the new car aroma is returning..
I have also fitted a top of rear bumber protection film, dead easy to do if your thinking about it...
