In the US there's only one option for ordering non-run-flats and it's only for the 30i model, it's option 25X.

So the 258 equipment it deletes are just the run-flat tires. The 300 that's added is the Space-saver spare. There's no way to get non-run-flat tires from the factory and not get the raised cargo floor.
