As for "should be flashed to the latest firmware", I don't flash any ECU without a known good reason, such as bug fix or feature added.

Thanks for the link. Agreed, if it's not broken, leave it alone, but where would I find a list of features and or bug fixes in an upgraded version? I guess though the 1st step is to find out the current versions compared to the latest and try to find what the latest added or fixed.
