the question is are you that guy that polishes and waxes your car several times a year?
if so then invest in a Dual Action (DA) polisher. there are several really good units available, I bought one from the folks at Groit's Garage. you could invest $200-$300 in all the supplies you'd need to keep your paint clean.

now correcting imperfections in the paint requires a few more "tools" (pads and compounds) above and beyond polishes and waxes. that could be $80-$100.

there are tons of videos on you tube and the like explaining how to do the work you want done to your car. you could pay someone or own the tools for a few dollars more and take care of the paint on your vehicles any time you wish.
