where would one find a post or thread with the updated incentives, residuals, and MF for a 2017 x3?

also, anyone know if the MF stays the same for demo cars as the current new car money factor?

looking to lease a demo as the discount off MSRP seems to be fantastic with minimal miles (9k).

also don't know what residuals are acceptable for used/demo/loaner vehicles. +/- what percentage based on what mileage usually? or what is the norm deviation from new residuals?
