pokerface method, this usually works on most cars that have a forward/up and rearward/down travel in order to reset them. Power windows and sunroofs are probably the most common but I suspect it may also work on the seats and would certainly do this loooong before taking it to a dealer and paying $150 for something you could have done at your house.
