At 100mph constant on cruise control on the autobahn in slightly hilly country at around 10 deg Celsius over 45 minutes consumption is around 9 litre, or 26mpg (US).
The increase in consumption between 60mph and 90mph seems pretty linear, the last 10mph cost maybe one litre (just an estimation).
Btw, done 1800km/1100mls so far. Overall consumption 30mpg (US).
