BMW CS told me when it was built and had a delivery date (presumably to dealer) so I looked at Charleston and Southampton shipping movements to see which ship fitted the dates.....it was Brasilia Highway which turned out to be the case.
BNW CS were still saying it was in the US but with a delivery date that didn't fit so I assume their coding doesn't work too well after it leaves the plant. |

Still BMW customer services told me on Friday it's still at the factory ...
I await a call from my dealer on Monday to tell me it's in Southampton !
See I was right just to get a 20d .. It is likely to be far faster than a 35d
