I am looking to put winters on my 2012 X3 x28i, my all seasons are 245/50/18s. Since I don't want to spend too much money I am looking for used BMW rims. Can I purchase used BMW rims for BMW 7 or 5 series?

Do I have to worry about the TPMS sensors?

For example, I see a BMW 5 set with 5 X 120 Bolt Pattern, 120mm Medium Offset..does that work? with 245/45/18s Winter Tires.
