I've posted about this earlier. I went through the same thing. I went to the dealer with this. After changing out the "faulty sensor" by the dealer, the issue remained the same. After that, they went back and reprogrammed the sensor to a less sensitive setting - so that it takes a bit less light to activate the headlights.
