What nifty things did you learn about your X3
AFTER you got it?
Sure most of us had an extended wait time from order to delivery so most of us did a fair bit of reading (both in the forum and the digital owner's manual).
So... I thought I'd start this thread about the neat features you've found. Other potential buyers may find this thread a quick reference guide of the features too.
I'll start off with one item (possible two):
1. Comfort access - when touching the driver's door handle only the driver's door unlocked. When touching the front passenger door handle all doors unlocked. (note to self... let wife grab door handle first
)
2. Park Distance Control - I was backing into a spot with a high curb of about 12" height. I don't know if my tires hit the curb but the car abruptly stopped. When I walked behind the car I don't think the tires could have hit the curb but there were no marks on the bumper or muffler. Does PDC apply the brakes too? donno
