Just wanted to give an update on the water pump and thermostat pricing and labor. So the part number for it was:
11-51-7-632-426 coolant pump $533.05
11-53-7-586-784 thermostat $117.67
11-51-0-392-553 set of alum screws $8.86
82-14-1-467-704 coolant $24.98
Labor $715 for 5.50 hours.
Some other things replaced were the rear boost lid tailgate button

labor $ 260 for 2.00 hours
11-28-7-628-661 ribbed v belt $52.10
11-28-8-604-266 tensioner $138.00
labor $234 for 1.8 hours
And then the kicker was that after leaving and driving no more than a 1/2 mile away
I had a adaptive headlight malfunction.

labor $ 416 for 3.20 hours
So its basically a new car now. I think I will be good for a while until the brakes are due. I think I may go ahead and just order the parts today and then post up the front DIY.
