Must haves are moonroof, heated seats and park distance control so you don't smash up the rear end backing up. I would get the premium package for resale which gets you garage door opener, automatic rearview mirror etc and I think moonroof. I don't have the new one but had a 2004 and 2007, always regreted not getting park distance control but have it on my 335 convertible.
