I'm thinking of buying a 2011 X3-28 to be my wife's car. She currently drives a 2008 Pontiac Torrent.

I already own a 2011 335i, so that's the "fun" car - no need to talk me into an X3-35. The X3-28 will be used for all of our long drives, all grocery shopping, and transporting future babies/children.

- Given how it will be used, what are the "must have" options for this car? Note: I don't care for leather seats.

- What about paint colors that look awful on it in "real life" compared to internet gallery pictures? I want it to be Alpine White, while she likes the light metallic blue color (eww). It will probably have a black interior.

- Finally, what should I expect to pay for one (e.g. how much above invoice, below sticker)?
