My 2 cents:
Get the 309s and the sports suspension. Its not harsh and your car will look ad drive great. Or, just get the 309s and keep the normal suspension.
You say you don't want the VDC pkg, but bloody hell, you only live once and the X3 is not a cheap car to begin with. So, if you were considering the M Sport drop it, and spend the money on the VDC.You'll get the best of all worlds.
