It was interfering with the brake pedal return. Brake pedal was not coming all the way up. Dangerous, brake light on all the time and riding the brakes too.
Manual is available just not in the US. 18d and 20d are both available with a 6 speed manual in the UK.
Your problem seems to be Factory QA of the clutch hole blanking. If the foam hadn't come down we wouldn't have this thread.
