Could be your coils or spark plugs on the way out but if it's happening with the engine at temp only while stopped in gear, it's probably normal fluctuation due to electrical or other requirements. It doesn't appear to be erratic, looks pretty controlled from your second vid.

Plugs are brand new. Wouldn't a coil malfunction throw out a code? A/C is off and this still happens. |
No, at least not until it causes a misfire. What's your odometer at?
