SANK, according to BMW this should only be possibel with Sport+ - otherwise ESP should take care of spinning rear wheels AND oversteer. I use Sport+ during winter or ESP will interfere with my driving- also on 35i

I have a figure of 60/40 for STD X, so 70/30 for M40i is probably true.
