The X3 is pretty loaded features wise, expect the HUD going full color like the new 3 series. BMW's iDrive Touch has been demoed and will be making its way into cars probably next year. We'll probably learn a lot more about future BMW's in 2 weeks at the Paris Auto Show.

The X3M has been shot down by BMW and will not be made for the F25. X4M is still possible but that would be 3 years away.
the X5 is not getting a facelift, it is a 7 year cycle design change.
Normally BMW facelifts come in the 4-5 model year. So the first F25 X3 came out for 2011 model year, don't expect a facelift before 2014 model year (late 2013 production), more likely it will be for the 2015 model year, so 2 years away from that.
