the X5 is getting one for 2014, and I would expect the F25 not coming any earlier then that so not in the immediate future. An X3M has been rumored as well as an X4 which will be a baby X6.
The X3 is pretty loaded features wise, expect the HUD going full color like the new 3 series. BMW's iDrive Touch has been demoed and will be making its way into cars probably next year. We'll probably learn a lot more about future BMW's in 2 weeks at the Paris Auto Show.
